1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of the order date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product integrity, we reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Have been used or opened
- Are damaged by the customer
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review and provide a replacement or resolution.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Custom & Event Orders
- Custom orders may be subject to approval before return
- Event deposits remain non-refundable
